HI hdd gurus !

I have a simple question.
Can winhex calculate maxtor .rpm checksum ?
(and how if not secret)

Simple answer: examine some simple known good module and you'll find a way with winhex too. ;-)

thans for the great tip...

I am testing some bit rotation algorithm in borlandc
just dont know what to do with carry, and are the numbers signed or unsigned?
weird...

It is different for DSP and PKR.

Yes,

DSP is simple, Pkr is somewhat more complicated.
