Hi Gurus!!!

Wrong power cord on this PCB. TVS or protective register locations?????

Will not spin, no terminal access, drive remain BSY.
It will not start the computer. (It will hang at the BIOS while trying to seek connected SATA drive)

Same simptom after removing that item from the PCB. I was hoping there was other chip that I could manipulate to get the drive going...
