My name is Paul. I have a HDD HITACHI HTS5480M9AT00 , and the drive is locked. I do not know the user/master password. I'm asking you, if someone knows the password.

i hear from a friend that the laser data recovery technology is existed but is there a product or service available anywhere?

The drive is locked according to the OP.
I am sure nucleus doesn't have SW able to solve this problem.
Opening it needs special tools.

A DR firm will probably able to unlock/recover its contents.
I can help if u don't mind to send it to Hungary.

Hey,

Hold up guys the guy's hdd is locked, lets all put r heads together and help him out.
How about asking him a few ?'s like

1. Is the hdd attached internally/usb
2. Does his pc have the capability to reset the pwd
3. Has he tried to use any means to use the cmd GUI to solve the problem
4. look for some free software that can resent the pwd
5.........

any other ideas that might him
