i am very grateful to this forum , i learned a lot. recently i have successfully done firmware correction using process outlined here. now customer for whom this was done has refused to pay my charges saying disk is not having data.
Is there any process to reverse changes and make drive invisible again? this could be silly question , where everyone wasnt to make drive live but i need to do that. can some guru give me coomands to reverse thses changes?

Accept it as a harsh lesson and implement a new procedure where you get a signed authorisation and payment prior to carrying out the work.

You want to ruin a good drive? There might be legal complications for doing that.

Maybe the customer is right when they say "disk is not having data".

customer says that data is songs & videos which he may get free & also get replacemnet from seagate. somehow i must make disk in its original busy state & return to customer.
there will be no legal complications as this is home pc user.

1) hope the user is not reading this forum
2) at this point you cannot make it busy again without ruining the drive. And the customer knows that you have "unlocked" it so the drive is working.
3) your business model is wrong.
