I bet they do! They have a good team of DR-experts too. I just wish I knew which tools they're using next to the extensive in-house knowledge. If you have one of their drives, they are probably one of the best options to send your drive to.

I know, but my 3 year old tripped on it ans I paid for a 3 year warrenty.
