This device is USB external HDD 120 Gb
I have a problem: Once I disconnect from netbook Asus EEEPC and after this HDD does not work!
When I connect to PC, HDD displaying as local disc F? but i can't open disk... Write this: You need format this disk (translate from Russian OS), when trying format, I have a new error: Format not end.

How I can fix this problem? Please help me!

Hello,

you have 2 option:

1. RMA the device and live without your data.
2. seek for professional help, and maybe some parts will recovered for reasonable price.
(3. if you play more, the price will increased, and the success rate is decreased.)
