Hi to all gurus!!

Look, I think it is no longer possible to remove some files ... Please talk about their experience with similar cases ..

You can ask BlackSt since he's an expert for samsungs, but i think this case is lost.

At samsung u have more chances, while doesnt damaged SA im know blackst on samsung its not called SA, so MC zone :wink: zone well thas my experience.

because with samsung potentially all data could be stored on 1 platter? for instance, brand new disk, save 4 GB of data, all data would be loaded onto 1 platter due to zones. Am I right? 8)

I think that the photo is of the bottom surface ..

if it is the top surface, the damage is done by the invisible head.

hi notice two differents "zones" in the platte.

Sempre, did you see any "black dirty" on the platte ?

Sim, creio que não ter mais possibilidades de recuperação, pois existe uma grande parte do platter com uma cor diferente, sem brilho original... Zebong basta olhar com atenção as fotos e perceberá...

Mas se o cliente arcar com os custos das tentativas irei tentar assim mesmo...
