 Post subject: seagate 1tb

hi ,
i have 1tb seagate sata harddisk it spin nomally but doesnot detect , i change logic card but it start clicking sound. how can i update this firmware.

Which exact model and firmware revision?

Sounds like common firmware fault

check the model, some seagate are known for an issue such as this.
chack the hard drive label and write what it says.

You need to troubleshoot the fault correctly before attempting a repair.

Again, what exact drive and FW Version??

You've changed the PCB (presumably without transferring the ROM), that's why it's clicking.
