Hi again, I don't get it, why all the fluffing about?
You need to know what is reported by MHDD or Victoria. You can check the smart attribute status. Then you can test the media and see where there are likely problems.
The log you posted earlier shows at least some data is readable but it is possible 99% or more of the drive isn't. Anything is possible in this scenario so at least check the basics. Good luck!

Hello, I have the same drive and the same problem, Id just update the firmware drive with the archive with multi firmwares update for Hitachi-Ibm drives and I was able to use it just for a couple of weeks, I dont know if theres a relation about the firmware and the fail.

I used Hdscan and show just 0,8% of bad blocks.
Also used partition find and mount and found an empty partition of 20gb (my drive have 60 gb)
I used testdisk and shows 2 P primary partitions but doesnt show the option to write, only shows [backup] and [deeper scan], still in testdisk I tried to check boot sector but appears to be bad and the back up of boot sector bad too :(

Also tried hdd regenerator but after 1 day just scanned 4gb.
The drive is very slow now, not always appears but when I have to scan for partitions or some is slowest than usual, might be some other thing because ok the partition isnt there but what that have to see about the reading speed in there? the speed is like 0,05 MB/s.

Sorry for my english, thank you.

HDD Degenerator completed the job.

RMA it if you can otherwise, at the moment, the drive is hi-tech paperweight or doorstop.

Original problem was elsewhere.
