You Remember Long time Back i Had pmed you that i am unable to use hdd guru from home .Well i traced the issue like this .

Working On Airtel Broadband @ Office
Not Working On Tataindicom WIFI Broadband @ Home

I Also Called Up TATA People In India And complained ,I am Hoping They Solve this Issue ,I Have To Use a Proxy Server Called www.proxybrowsing.com To Access HDDGURU From home ,We Are Relaxed At Home But This Spoils Our forum Experience ,BTW Can Other Indian Tataindicom Users Confirm the Issue i am Having .

I wouldn't be surprised if Dimitry just blocked a range of IP addresses from India. It seems that there are a lot of SEO spammers in India who love to post in forums.

Luke is correct, long time ago I had to ban quite big ranges from India and China.

Lately I had greatly improved anti-spam measures, so I have now removed the ban for all IP addresses. Let's see how it goes...
