Were there any entries in Non resident Alt List before you ran m0,2,2,,,,,22?
If this is a direct screen dump, your have done some of this in the wrong order. Running m0,2,2,,,,,22 if there are still entries in Alt List is not the best way of doing this. By running i4,1,22 you have now cleared the Alt List too.

I gave the wrong command?
Or gave orders to move?

If you did the commands in the sequence above, then that has not helped the situation. can you get to T>
then type V40
put the result here
then do the same for V4

Hello
The commands you use are correct . but the procedure is wrong.
1. i4,1,22
2. m0,2,2,,,,,22
3. N1
but your hdd need only read channel short after complete calibration, until ready status. Because it was giving MCMT read request failed.

I think the translator is damaged now. The best thing to do in this instance is copy back translator and smart modules from backup and check V40 and V4 again and put results here.

Yepp, thats the 100$Billon question, as I assume that with that question you don't have a SA-Backup.
Now things got from bad to worse, my only advice is to take it to a pro.
