I have ST500DM002 Sata hdd. Hdd spins smoothly without any noise and spin down. I have try to access the terminal it shows the error....

No. i had same error.
then i short two pins and press ctrl+z
F3 T> came..
but timing is very important..
i try at least 20 times. it was very hard.
but all my data came.
