Hi, problem like described in subject.
HDD visible in BIOS but cannot be visible in OS (Win XP)

I tried to checki it in VICTORIA and HDTune255 and I can find disk but only 8GB!
VICTORIA message
Get drive passport: Drive error!
Get SMART command... Error reading SMART!

Checked on two PC and same results. I only want to collect data from it.
Next I tried MHDD:

You likely have a firmware issue, but a professional diagnostic is best if data is of the outmost importance.

This is firmware in reference to the "programming code" if you will that operates the drive.
