It's much more than 50$ as you have to send your UNIQUE PCB to USA or CHINA at your own risk with a reliable courier. At least from Italy it is gonna cost you from 28 to 70 EUR depending on vector for standard shipping (3-5 working days). Unless you send it as ISF (good luck!) to spend 10/15 Eur.

hi, i have resolder the bios chip now better, but the HDD is NOT SPINNING! ;(

Do you have a multimeter?

Can you upload complete photos of both PCBs?

If you are not prepared to take some measurements, then at least try to obtain a serial terminal report. If the MCU is alive, then it will tell you if the "ROM" is OK.
