This following is a good tutorial to making an image of your drive with free Linux software. You can run testdisk directly on the image. This gives you the advantage of trying stuff without worrying about making the issue worse.

If you wish to persist with DMDE, then you need to show us sector 64 of the physical drive, not of the logical volume.

When you launch DMDE, uncheck the Show Partitions box. This will place you at sector 0 of the physical drive.

Then select Editor -> Goto Offset -> select sector 64 (decimal). This will be the current NTFS boot sector.

Now go to sector 1953500000 and select Tools -> Search For Special Sector -> Boot Sector. This should find the original NTFS backup boot sector, if it still exists.

Could we see a dump of sectors 0 to 2048?

Launch DMDE
Uncheck the Show Partitions box
Select your physical drive and OK
Select Tools -> Copy Sectors
Start Sector - 0
Number of sectors - 2049
Select File as the Destination
You will be offered a file name of lba_0_2049.bin
Save it and upload it

The TV has overwritten the beginning of your file system. :-(

I don't see any easy manual solution. I would clone your drive, or use data recovery software to recover your data to another drive.
