Hi

I have this HDD wich clicks.
I have checked heads and platters, they seem fine.
When connected to UDMA, it clicks but after a few moments it goes ready.
When I try to select the family, it doesn't recognize it?
This is a new family unsupported?

Can I try to disable heads, to see if I can get any files?

Thanks

I think PC3K is not yet supporting those families.
But you can add it manually if have the necessary info.

I could edit NVRAM and disable the bad head.
