Hi to all!!

I'm working in a case of smartphone Samsung S4.

This mobile does't have comunication by "mass storage", so I only have comunication usb by MTP.

I tried seek a good software how wondershare or others, but all software only work by mass storage.

Would you know some software that work by MTP?

Thanks

Whatever comes after S2 is MTP Protocol

such as: S3, S4, Note II and so on

in order to get some DELETED stuff ( if that was the original Question) then you will have 2 options:

1- ROOT it, evidence will be destroyed, (will Alter it)
2- Pro. Forensic tool, such as XRY & Cellbrite (which is really not cheap)

(personally tried option 2, where option 1 is not an option in Forensics)

so far ( as far as am aware of till today) no well known APP. to do that as certain.

good luck

Assuming the phone was in a sufficiently working condition, would it be possible to perform a raw backup of the internal memory and then use regular data recovery tools on the image?

Review of Android Partition Layout (FAT32, ext4):

Performing a Full Backup of an Android Device (using adb - Android Debug Bridge):
