For starters, adjust the imaging parameters per drive's behavior.

i do it.

I can avoid problems with failed sectors making DE jump 8 sectors.

but otherwise is that the drive power down every 5 mins aprox. and i do not know why.

Any idea?

What does the error log say? There has to be an error regarding what the drive is going while imaging.

anyway; the drive can clone very slow and i can hear continous clicking sounds low volumne, i suppose HDD need to recalibrate continously.

There you go. The drive is very unstable, where it keeps trying to get readiness within 25000ms. When it gets there, the system powers it off, as it was set to do, unless that parameter is modified. Caution with that as that may not necessarily be a good idea.
