My Seagate ST31500341AS 7200.11 Drive makes a constant Beep... Beep... Beep... Noise can anyone give me a idea of what the problem could be I know this particular drive usually has firmware problems along with others, Thought that it could be the heads stuck to the platter but it sounds slightly different from that.

Any quick fix that you know of? Money is not a problem, I want this for my knowledge. Maybe a project to do on my own.
