Got more details about the RAID than that it is RAID 6? Is it a software or hardware RAID? What kind of system was it in? What is the file system? What happened that makes recovery necessary?

What sw tool has been used to access data on XFS ? Are those recovered files in good condition? It seems something additionally wrong with file system or with SW you are using. I can try to help remotely.

Interesting issue which I'm facing as well.
the largest file size i got is a 1GB working well zip file.
So i suppose my parameters for recovering the raid is correct.

No, I recovered most of the things, including 1GB working zip file. So i assume the parameter is correcet.
but some files were not recovered, which includes corrupted files small as less than 1MB excel file, pictures, and missing file in folders

My suspension is you have the RAID6 assembled in UFSexplorer using a drive that dropped out of the RAID some time ago. Since the TeraStation uses Linux Software RAID aka mdadm you can look at the meta-data from each member drive using Linux. For example the below is from a remote TeraStation recovery I performed in the past. Note the Events count and Update Times should be in sync for all RAID member drives. In any case you may want to assemble the RAID using Linux mdadm to check if Linux can see your missing files. If you need additional help I am happy to provide remote assistance.

Code:
% mdadm -E /dev/sdb6
/dev/sdb6:
          Magic : a92b4efc
        Version : 0.90.00
           UUID : 78a5fba6:5739f38b:d32f4eec:161692a6
  Creation Time : Wed Nov 30 09:18:49 2011
     Raid Level : raid5
  Used Dev Size : 961749888 (917.20 GiB 984.83 GB)
     Array Size : 2885249664 (2751.59 GiB 2954.50 GB)
   Raid Devices : 4
  Total Devices : 2
Preferred Minor : 2

    Update Time : Mon Dec 15 10:31:42 2014
          State : clean
Active Devices : 2
Working Devices : 2
Failed Devices : 2
  Spare Devices : 0
       Checksum : 3f4e411d - correct
         Events : 2238388

         Layout : left-symmetric
     Chunk Size : 64K

      Number   Major   Minor   RaidDevice State
this     1       8       22        1      active sync   /dev/sdb6

   0     0       8        6        0      active sync   /dev/sda6

Maybe one of RAID mamber is invalid and you have to disable it and recover data from XOR or RS blocks.
Also some XFS prtitions have 1024 sector size, try to look into empty folders with these parameters.
