i Am Replced 5v Diod Result : No Power
Pcb Swap With Same Model, Firmware, Part Number Result : Power On , 5 Beeps , power Off ( Forgot EEporm Chip Swap)
Eeprom Chip Swaped Result : No Power

Swap Another Working Board With Same Way And EEpropm Also And Finaly :p ( Result - No Power )
Without EEprom Chip Swap Spinup ANd Spindown
When Swaped EEprom Chip , Hdd Goes Dead ...

That's why I Am telling EEprom Chip failed ,,
What can i Do . Any Suggetions

PLZ GIVE FULL MODEL HARD DISK AND TAKE PIC BOTH SIDE FRONT AND BACK

What is the part number of the drive?
I can recover some of them without original rom.

As Galaxy said, you need to provide at least a model so we halfway understand the situation. If it's an older U5 Seagate you can probably just get a same FW PCB to replace it, but if it's a newer F3 you're probably up a creek with no paddle.

you must check chip's leg or fallen component via magnify..

if you power the board without TVS diode, eeprom chip probably die.
