Hi, all. The above hard drive has stopped working. I took it out of its box to feel whether it is spinning or any other symptoms, but could not find any except I can hear the motor starts spinning and then shut down, the computer does not recognize it.
My knowledge is very limited as far as Hard Disks are concerned, however I took out the HD Board and power it to check the continuity of circuit and have recorded the voltage I found on it (Photo attached).
Is it possible to diagnose from the voltage reading which I have recorded on the Photo ? If desired I can take more readings of it. Thanks.

It sounds like an internal fault, not PCB related.

BTW, your PSU is badly regulated. Your are measuring 13.8V where one would expect to see +12V.

Nothing DIY you can do expect make it 10x worse, sorry!
