A new version of R-Studio (9.4)
New features
Technician/T80+
+ Multitasking. Several different tasks can be performed simultaneously. For example, you can create a multi-pass image using a third-party hardware, scan a disk image, and recover files from another image, all at the same time. The number of concurrently performed tasks depends only on the computer efficiency (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc). Each task runs in its own tab and can be controlled individually. Computer shutdown takes place when all tasks are completed. The list of running tasks is displayed on the Main panel in the lower left corner.

+ Hidden devices. Devices that are not subject to scanning for data recovery can be hidden from the Main panel (System disks, devices for storing recovered data, etc). Such hidden devices are still accessible for storing recovered files, logs, scan info, etc.

Plus changes, improvements, and bugfixes.

R-Studio Emergency (a startup version of R-Studio) is a separate product bundled with R-Studio for Win/Linux. There are two versions of this program, based on Linux or WinPE. You may find more on this page: Download R-Studio for Linux.

A new version of R-Studio (9.5) is available for download.

New features
+ Support for Windows Storage Spaces up to Windows 11 24H2.

Technician/T80+:
+ USB activation. A dedicated USB activation stick can be created to eliminate the need to activate a copy of R-Studio Technician over the internet when using this stick. Additionally, startup/bootable and/or portable versions can be installed on this stick making it a complete solution for data recovery.
+ Support for DeepSpar USB Stabilizer 10GB™.
+ Support for editable advanced multi-pass imaging settings.
+ Support for consecutive imaging as FS bitmap + Unused clusters and Unused clusters + FS bitmap.
+ Added some advanced options for a conventional file enumeration and a new mode Show Files (Advanced). This new mode performs file enumeration only in the selected folders. Very useful for slow and damaged disks.

The build-in File Viewer
+ Added support for many RAW photo image file types.

Plus improvements and bugfixes.
