Hello everyone, I am working on a case involving an HGST HTS541010B7E610 drive, which is detected as part of the WD Palmer drive family. AT first sectors are readable; however, the drive slows down significantly when copying user files in the Data Extractor (DE). So I attempted to 'Solve Slow Responding Problems' procedure, locked UA writing, and applied T2 recovery. Shortly after, the sector editor stopped accessing the drive entirely, and even if i tried to get the sectors by utility mode and get access to the sectors I am unable to create tasks in the DE. Could someone please advise on how to proceed with this situation?

Write back your SA backup of 190 and undo slow fix. You probably just had a bad head. Heads map, run the good head first, then the bad head run with hardware retries. Maybe turn on TLER. In my experience Palmers usually have a slow reading head, head swap fixes them.
