It appears that the drive is identifying itself with the information in the ROM:

Code:
Analysing active 0x0D module ...

Firmware Version = 05.01A05
World Wide Name = 50014EE213686C7E
Model Number = WDC WD10SPZX-24Z10
Serial Number =

That suggests that it cannot read, or make sense of, module 0x02.

Are you able to upload 0x02?

That looks OK. The model number is longer -- WD10SPZX-24Z10T1 (SA module 02) versus WD10SPZX-24Z10 (ROM module 0D).

was drive give full ID before unlocking the ROM? or this is the same behavior both with lock and unlock rom?
As per ROM WWN: 50014EE213686C7E07 you can cross check it with sticker if ROM is native.
from screen drive does have SA access, so problem could be with some SA module.. test the SA (all modules) to find out where is the problem ?

rom looks native.

what do you call a sign of life?
does it spin up? did it spin up before unlocking?
If it spins, does it move heads? If not, problem is likely heads.
Since you get at least something in ID i would not call it 'no sign of life'.

After doing some attempts the ROM worked but it gives this results that shows in the attached photo
I managed to read some modules by ID and reading by Track or ABA it couldn’t read at all, it’s gives error
