Hi,
UDMA can't unlock some drives in that Fujitsu family...
I have one myself and have been talking to ACE about this and they didn't have any solution of it yet.
But you can try: No jumpers on the pc-card, test menu/Service information/work with SA/Security subsystem/Password erasing

Regards/ Bosse

Ask Atola, ACE, Salvdata and some others if they support (or will support) disable security on ALL MHV models, would be interesting to know.

Copy module SU from a donor (unlocked) to the locked drive. Should do the trick.

Some MHV drives can be unlocked with re-writing SU, some cannot
It depends of firmware revision

Yes. I've successfully unlocked MHV2080AH with this method. I can't vouch for all MHV models.

Hi msurgeon,

As mr_spokk wrote some MHVs can allow typical read of SU and SM and quite a few MHVs do not.
