Hi this model's firmware is present on the original firmware package provided with the hd doctor, if you don't have it you can download the .rar file from SD forum
bye

Oh...

1) bad method
2) bad loader/resource
3) the drive has head problems so any loader will make it click forever.
4) the drive has SA problems so the clicking.

Do you know how to work with CALYPSO drives ?

Sometimes even loader from same good working drive can make calypso click
on same good working drive.

You need to answer BlackST's question, first.

It is impossible : if the loader is built EXACTLY, it should work ALWAYS. If this happens you have... er... wrong software or there's something wrong out there :D

Hi, on sd products you can try head positioning or track positioning after loading rom and all mods + hdd reset.
For my experience if a loader doesen't work or you got the wrong one (different checksum) or you have other problems - heads or SA (damaged, bad sectors ulist ko ...) - may be you can try a C boot loader and check if you can read SA.
Bye
Luca
